Are all your teachers native speakers?
Yes - not only they are native English-speaking teachers - they are all professional teachers with extensive experience.
What is the medium of instruction?
We conduct our class in English
What is the minimum age of taking your course?
The youngest grade we take is K1.
Can i accompany my child to the class??
All of our classes are unaccompanied, just like when children join kindergarten in K1.
Can I take leave?
Yes for sure - we have flexible leave policy - please refer to the details in the the Program and Schedule page.
What if the condition of bad weather?
We will provide make-up if class is cancelled due to bad weather - please refer to the Weather Policy in the the Program and Schedule course pages
What is the class size?
Max class size as below:
Kingdergarten 1:8
Primary: 1:10
If class size gets bigger we will arrange additional teachers
Can I choose 2 locations in 1 session package?
Yes you can - for example your kid can join weekday class at location near school, and weekend class near your home. Just talk to us!
Are all the sessions delivered by same teacher in 1 location?
We will try to - but not fully guaranteed. Occasionally there might be some swift schedules of the teachers.
